"Back in Devonport, Andrew picked me up yesterday as he had the day off.

I am glad I have been here. It Is very beautiful and it gave me the opportunity to reflect on my work/needs/life.

Duration of a residency does not matter, it Is really about the intensity of what I have got from it, emotionally and spiritually. It will definitely influence my new body of work "  Beatrice Carlson, Rawene Church Residency 5-10 October 2026.
